Our screenshot service is provided "as is" and is intended to be used for capturing web pages. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Capture content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to breach or circumvent service limitations
• Redistribute or resell API access without authorization

3. API Usage & Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Screenshots are stored according to your plan's retention period. We recommend downloading important screenshots for long-term storage.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer the following refund and cancellation terms:

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
• Refunds for annual subscriptions after 14 days will be prorated based on the remaining time
• To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact our support team
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
